T20 World Cup: India Will Face Bangladesh In Super Eights
In the T20 Men’s World Cup, India will face Bangladesh in the Super Eights Match 7 at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua, today at 08:00 PM IST. In the last match, India beat Afghanistan by 47 runs.
In Bangladesh’s last match in this tournament, they lost to Australia by 28 runs (DLS method). In another match, today, co-hosts West Indies and US will be up against each other in Bridgetown at 6 a.m. IST.
Yesterday, South Africa defeated England by 7 runs in a thrilling Super 8 encounter at Gros Islet in St Lucia. Chasing 164 for victory, defending champion England made 156 for 6 in the stipulated 20 overs. Earlier, put into bat, South Africa scored 163 for 6 in 20 overs.
Quinton de Kock contributed a brilliant 65 off 38 balls for South Africa, while Harry Brook scored 53 off 37 for England.
Jofra Archer scalped three wickets for England, while Kagiso Rabada and Keshav Maharaj picked up two wickets each for South Africa. Quinton de Kock was adjudged player of the match.

Super Eight Clashes Of T20 Cricket World Cup, Match Between England & South Africa Underway At Saint Lucia

In T20 Men’s World Cup, Super 8 match between defending champions England and South Africa is underway at Gros Islet in St Lucia. Put into bat first, South Africa were 155 for 4 in 19 overs, when reports last came in. England’s Captain Joss Butler won the toss and chose to field.

Both the teams have reached here unbeaten, while in T20 World cups, they have faced each other six times, in which, Proteas emerged victorious in 4 matches, and England won 2 contests.

In other Super 8 fixtures slated for Friday, Co-hosts West Indies and US will be up against each other in Bridgetown. The match will begin, 6 am. Indian time tomorrow morning.
