18th Edition Of Mumbai International Film Festival Kicks Off In Mumbai

The 18th edition of Mumbai International Film Festival kicked off in Mumbai on Saturday with the screening of National Geographic’s Billy and Molly: An Otter Love Story.

The film was screened simultaneously in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune. The documentary directed by Charlie Hamilton James is a unique story about a man who forms an unlikely friendship with a wild otter while living in a remote Shetland Islands.

This documentary explores the shores of Scotland’s Shetland Islands through the heartwarming journey of an orphaned otter named Molly.

The MIFF 2024 will be formally inaugurated in grand ceremony at the NCPA theatre in Mumbai in the evening.
