India vs Sri Lanka: 2nd ODI in Colombo Today

India vs Sri Lanka: In men’s cricket, India will lock horns with Sri Lanka in the second One Day International (ODI) of a 3-match series at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo today.

The match will start at 2:30 PM IST. Both teams will be vying to register their first win of the series after playing a tie in the thrilling inaugural match.

With no injury concerns in the Indian camp, the Men in Blue are expected to field the same playing eleven. On the Sri Lankan side, right-arm spinner Wanindu Hasaranga will miss the remainder of the ODI series after suffering an injury to his left hamstring in the first game.

Jeffrey Vandersay has replaced Hasaranga in the squad, Sri Lanka Cricket informed in a statement.

Following a 3-0 whitewash of Sri Lanka in the T20I series, the Indian side will be seeking another series victory in ODIs. This is Team India’s first ODI series under the newly appointed head coach, Gautam Gambhir.
